The Great Indoors established a strategic plan and design criteria for a new prototype launch in 2003. The plans would entail an evolutionary step in the growth of the Sears home improvement chain. To test the new prototype, a 20,000 sf “Lab” space was created within an existing Sears Warehouse. RGLA was asked to become an extension of the TGI team and assist with the design, development and execution of the Lab.
